Why The Heck Am I Doing This?
When I started my practice and grew it to a group practice with multiple income streams, I had no clue what I was doing.
I made so many mistakes, and had (have) imposter syndrome and I just wanted someone to walk me through how to figure all the stuff out.
I didn't actually believe in myself or what I knew. I didn't know what I didn't know, and I was my biggest barrier. I had no idea where to start, I just knew that what I was doing wasn't working.
I didn't want to just be a psychotherapist, I wanted so much more.
I had so many ideas, and no clue how to implement them or what to do with them. I didn't know where to start, or what I needed to build a good foundation so things could run smoothly.
I was working so many hours, not just carrying a full client load, but also running a business. No one every taught me how to run a business! I struggled to keep everything afloat and at the end of the day it wasn't working for me.
So, I got a business coach, and it was a game changer for me. My approach changed and my attitude towards myself changed. My ideas became more streamlined, and I was able to figure out how to implement them. Now, I not only get to work with clients (which I love), but I also get to run two successful businesses. Cultivating my creativity and strategic planning skills has enabled me to coach therapists and executives in professional and personal development.

The 1:1 coaching is an opportunity to dive deep into what you want, what mental and emotional blocks currently stand in your way, and how your enneagram type can help you develop both personally and professionally.

CONSISTENCY
We meet twice a month as a group on Friday mornings from 10am-12pm EST. This gives you enough time in between to complete your action steps. If you add individual coaching, we also meet once a month for 1:1 coaching.
SYSTEMS
Learn what systems you need and how to put them in place so you have more time in your day to do what you want to do. Get templates for systems that you can cater to your specific needs and brand according to your practice.
CONNECTION

A Little Bit More About Me
I've been in the therapy field for 10 years, and the mental health field for 18 years. I've always loved doing therapy, and I still love it to this day. Throughout my life, I've always mentored and coached others in different areas and stages of life. I never even realized this until my best friend so bluntly pointed out that I've been doing this since I was a teenager. When I seemed surprised he looked at me with a dumbfounded look on his face. His comment got my brain going. Looking back, I started to see the patterns of mentoring and coaching and how much joy it actually brought me.
Ten years ago I started at a group practice. I loved the experience and I am forever thankful, but it wasn't enough for me. My entrepreneurial side (I come from an entire family of entrepreneurs. Legit. Every single one of us has started our own business), was craving more. I was craving space to be more creative, to let my ADHD brain have some space to dream and see what I could come up with.
I left the group practice 3 years ago, started working a part time job for a year, while fully launching my own private practice. This quickly grew from just me and a Social Media Manager, to me and a group of therapists, a Virtual Assistant and a Social Media Manager. Half the time (or more), I had no idea what I was doing. I couldn't find the most concrete information on practicing in Ontario according to the CRPO, as much of the information I came across was for the United States. Some of that info was amazing, and super helpful, but it didn't all apply to me working in Ontario.
I started supervising other therapists in the last 3 years, and ended up doing private practice coaching with some of them. I discovered that I absolutely loved it, and loved seeing their ideas become reality. Over the last several months, I've had several therapists come to me asking me to coach them in growing and developing their practices, and my immediate response was, "I want to say yes!" My logical response was, "take a damn breath, how can this be done strategically for you and for them?" So, this is where The Strategic Psychotherapist came from.

The Process
Book Discovery Call
In the Discovery Call, we talk about what you're looking for, we suss each other out. You ask any questions you have, and you decide whether you'd like to move forward or not. Once you've decided, we either move forward with signing a contract and setting up your 1:1 call or you tap out because it's not the right fit for you at this point in time.
1:1 Vision Casting Call
Each person gets a 1:1 Vision Casting Call. This call happens the the last week of September, before group starts. This call is to explore what your specific goals and vision are for you and your practice. This gives us a great idea of what it is that you're working towards, so we can put things in place to help you move towards that. Accountability is key!
Group Schedule
You get plugged into the schedule for the group coaching calls (they happen on Fridays). If you're doing 1:1 calls then you can book those in too. You get invited to the Slack Channel that we use specifically for this coaching cohort. On Slack you get to connect with others in the group, post some of your goals and, you get the schedule for what the session schedule is.

Frequently Asked Questions
If I book a Discovery Call, does this mean I have to participate in the cohort?
No, not at all. I'm a big believer in shopping around for the right therapist, supervisor, consultant and coach. The Discovery Call gives us both an idea of whether we think this is a great next step for you in your personal and professional development.
If I start the cohort, and decide it's not for me, can I get a refund?
If you decide that the mastermind is not the right fit for you in the first two weeks after launching, you get a 75% refund. After the first two weeks a refund is no longer available.
If I miss a session, what do I do?
If you can't make it to a session, you can watch the recording afterwards. If you know ahead of time that you're going to miss a session, you can send me your questions via our Slack channel and I'll answer them during the call so you can watch it later.
Do I get access to you outside of our group or 1:1 calls?
Yes, we will have a Slack channel set up specifically for our cohort. You can ask questions or get feedback through the Slack channel in between meetings. I will usually respond within 24 hours, and if I need to review something, that is usually be done within 72 hours.
What are my next steps after the Discovery Call?
Great question! If we decide that this cohort is the best next step for you, you get sent a contract to sign, and then you submit your payment for either a one time fee, 6 payments for 6 months, or 8 payments for 8 months. You then get sent the links for group so you can add it to your calendar. Lastly, you get sent a form to fill out that gives me some more background information and lays out your specific goals.

= $3000+tax (CAD)

= $3900+tax (CAD)
